Payment
Payment is due before or at the time of service. I accept most digital payment methods and can provide monthly statements for tax/HSA purposes.
Insurance
I am in-network with Highmark only.
Insurance does not cover late cancellations or missed appointments. Insured clients will be charged $125 for missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
