Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept most digital payment methods and can provide monthly statements for tax/HSA purposes.

Insurance

I am in-network with Highmark and Quest.

Insurance does not cover late cancellations or missed appointments. Clients must inform me within five business days of any changes to their insurance coverage.
